Dear Friends, We look back on 2015 with great pride in our accomplishments and the many ways that, together, we continued to strengthen our ever-evolving community. Although the Union for Reform Judaism has always embraced change, 2015 was a year of inspiring evolution for our Reform Movement—and the Jewish future. This past year, more young Jews than ever brought their energy, passion, and curiosity to URJ programs. More than 20,000 young people participated in NFTY events, social justice programs, and our camping system—the largest Jewish camping program in the world. As new generations seek ways to engage in Jewish community and spirituality, we continued our engagement with congregations to be welcoming and accessible to all who seek an open, inclusive Judaism.
